	Year 2008 Rate Schedule (Rates are subject to change) You may check in anytime after 3:00 pm on your day of arrival. Check out time is 2:00 pm on your day of departure. If you need to adjust either of these times, exceptions may be granted however, additional charges may apply. All rates cover 4 people per site, exceptions listed below. Nightly $22 - Tent (no service) $31 - Basic $32 - Creek/Pavilion $33 - Full Hook-up $48 + Tax - Rustic Cabin (Water, Elec, Heat and A/C) $100 + Tax - Full Service RV (rate covers a maximum of 8 people) Weekly Pay for 6 nights, get 7th night free. Monthly, and Seasonal Rates are available upon request. Additional Charges Visitors & extra Camper: $2.00 - Daily $4.00 - Overnight Extra Pets (more than 2): $4.00 - per day; each pet Deposits: A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of making your reservation. No reservation will be held after that time without a deposit. Reservations can be held with a major credit card. Major Holiday Weekends: Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay and payment in full 14 days prior to arrival. No refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled arrival.		Discounts: AAA, Military, Kuhn's Bros employees and Senior Citizen (age 60 and over) all receive a 10% discount. The Discount Camping Club receives a 50% discount Sun through Thurs. Only (excluding holiday weekends). Cancellation Policy: Less than 12 days prior to scheduled arrival = a forfeit of 1 night's fee. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrivals. ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL NOT JUSTIFY A REFUND. TRY US RISK FREE!
